Pentru a putea desfasura activitati de voluntariat este nevoie de un contract de voluntariat care va fi incheiat intre voluntar si organizatia-gazda.

Contractul de voluntariat trebuie sa contina urmatoarele informatii
a) datele de identificare ale ambelor parti din contract
b) o descriere a activitatilor care urmeaza sa fie prestate de voluntar
c) timpul si perioada in care se vor desfasura activitatile
d) ce dreptul si obligatii au ambele parti
e) stabilirea cerintelor profesionale, a abilitatilor sociale, intereselor de dezvoltare, a celor de sanatate
f) conditiile de reziliere a contractului

Legea nr. 78/2014 sau Legea Voluntariatului a fost promulgata in 2014 si precizeaza ca experienta de voluntar va fi considerata experienta profesionala, dar NU vechime in munca daca aceasta este realizata in domeniul studiilor absolvite

Ce este voluntariatul? Voluntariat se considera orice activitate de interes public intreprinsa in domenii precum: arta si cultura, sport si recreere, educatie si cercetare, protectia muncii, sanatate, asistenta sociala, religie, activism civic, drepturile omului, ajutor umanitar si/sau filantropic, dezvoltare comunitara si dezvoltare sociala.

Pe durata perioadei activitatii de voluntariat si la incheierea actiunii de voluntariat, organizatia in cadrul careia s-a efectuat voluntariatul elibereaza un certificat de voluntariat, care include si un raport de activitate.

Voluntariatul se desfasoara pe baza unui contract incheiat in forma scrisa. Contractul trebuie sa fie insotit de o fisa de voluntariat si o fisa de protectie a voluntarului.

Daca la concursurile organizate pentru ocuparea uui post, doi sau mai multi candidati obtin punctaje egale, institutiile publice, angajatorii persoane fizice sau juridice pot acorda punctaj suplimentar candidatilor care au in CV si activitati de voluntariat.
