În ce scop este potrivit contractul barter?

1. Barterul se realizează prin încheierea acordului de barter sau contract.

2. Barterul semnifică schimbul direct de produse dintre doi parteneri;

3. Obiectul contractului constă în prestarea de servicii în contrapartidă;

4. Barterul este o formă de compensare, părțile convin schimbul de mărfuri având valori echivalente, eliminându-se transferul de sume între părți.

5. Fiecare parte se obligă să transmită celeilalte dreptul de proprietate asupra unor bunuri, plata făcându-se prin compensarea valorii bunurilor transmise reciproc.

6. Barterul se poate realiza in aproape orice domeniu de activitate, cu bunuri și servicii.

7. Unul dintre cele mai importante scopuri ale acestui sistem este acela de economisire.

Acest sistem este foarte folosit în ultima perioadă pentru:

– salvarea lichidităților;

– economisire;

– optimizarea stocurilor și activelor;

– generează profit prin valorificarea mărfurilor excedentare, care, în altă situație, ar fi rămas depozitate și s-ar fi pierdut în cele din urmă;

– evitarea diferitelor probleme cu privire la datorii/creanțe scadente dar neîncasate;

– reducerea anumitor cheltuieli, firma scapă de depozitarea bunurilor valorificând stocurile;

– poate aduce noi clienți care la rândul lor vor recomanda mai departe, compania/firma în cauză;

– înlesnește achiziții mai ieftine – serviciile si produsele obținute prin barter se dovedesc a fi mai ieftine decât daca tranzacția s-ar fi făcut cu cash;

– poate aduce extinderea unui business de la nivel local la nivel regional, național etc.;

– creșterea cifrei de afaceri prin vânzări suplimentare;

– acorduri comerciale cu noi clienți;

– fidelizarea clienților;

– scurtarea circuitului de încasare a banilor și astfel sunt eliminate dobânzile și comisioanele la bănci;
